Shame on you Michelle Preston !!

The pressure for the first post is immense for me. My recent hard drive crash threw my head into a tail spin as all my initial thoughts, ideas and of course intro were in files. No, I did not back up--get off my back.

Then, while hauling my 7 month pregnant ass to the gym this morning in 90 degree weather, I thought of something a good friend said to me once. "There is beauty in imperfection. It is human." And there you have it --my introduction. This is not the most edited version of my intro, but it is honest.

I have an opinion on everything. Many might say too many opinions, but that is my way. On occasion I even feel that the world may be a better place if more people heard my philosophy and suggestions ( again , not always the popular vote) so I sought a vehicle. I actually stayed away from the blog for quite some time finding it to be a bit self glorifying in some instances and not very meaty, however, here I am. I dream of being a writer and some day that may be the case--but for right now I will just share my thoughts and discoveries one paragraph at a time.

Most often it will be about the current state of affairs, politics and such, but occasionally I will throw in some insights on my latest adventure.........40 years old and pregnant with my first baby. Deep stuff like "I wish I knew current state of my bikini line". You get the picture.
